Do You Have a Watercraft at the Beach Club?

If so, this message is for you. Please remember that as of yet, we still do not own the Beach Club. Our privileges are a generous gift from Hamount, and we do have an obligation to keep the building and grounds in good shape. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

1. All boats on the the Stonebridge racks at the Beach House should be securely tied down. (Some boats blew off the racks in recent high winds.)

2. There is lots of poison ivy along the metal fence.

3. All boats should be “registered” with Phil Cutfield at email Phil Here! with the owner’s name, email address and/or other contact information,  type of boat (SUP, kayak, canoe), make, model, colour(s) and description of where the boat is/rack letter.

4. When you take your boat for a paddle “reserve” your rack spot by wrapping your security cable or chain around the horizontal portion of the rack. There is no formal reservation of rack space.

5. Available rack space is insufficient to meet demand. Accordingly, please store your boat at home unless you frequently use it.
